Study On The Legal Consciousness Of Hasbolag’s Novel

Haas Prague legal literary works by writing its characteristics different from other works, show the unique charm of the literary arena in Mongolia. In Prague by Haas in his perception of legal work experience and accumulated rich writing ability, with a large number of literature written in the form of legal consciousness embodied people’s Mongolian Social Development in the strengthening of the literary works. To study the legal consciousness of Haas in Prague novels is reflected by how the use of art forms of literary theory and legal theory in the way of the combination of this article.This paper is composed of introduction, three chapters of the main body, the conclusion and the reference appendix.The introduction part briefly explains the reason of choosing the topic, the research situation, the research methods and the innovation points, the difficulty and the research object.The first chapter mainly discusses the legal research theme in the novels of Prague Haas. The main performance of the marriage law, contract law, property law and inheritance law and other content of the civil law. At the same time, the theme discusses the criminal detective miscarriages of justice for the content.The second chapter, this part mainly discusses the theme of the novel in Prague Haas. This paper discusses how the author expresses the criticism of the reality and the thought of human nature, and summarizes the concept of the supremacy of law.The third chapter, this part mainly explores the art of Haas Prague novels. And from the character image, the story design, the narration way and so on the characteristic has carried on the elaboration.The details of the final appendix Haas Prague carries on the interview.
