Traditional Spring Festival custom has condensed the contents of the culture of the Chinese nation’s most expressive,is in contact with the natural way of life,it is also a symbol of the development of the times.This paper through the research of the most characteristics of the Chinese Spring Festival "Festival song" in the typical image of the Spring Festival,to extract unique and representative of graphic symbols,the figures based on the traditional and modern fashion design elements,design can reflect the Spring Festival,the traditional cultural connotation and spirit,graphical symbols for the Spring Festival has a strong degree of recognition and dissemination.This paper through the analysis of the background,the research of history of traditional Chinese New Year graphics,contemporary phenomenon of three chapters analyze the Spring Festival symbol system research,and the traditional Spring Festival graphic image design in the "The Festival Song"and related derivatives to analyse and design the Spring Festival symbol.It can close to the public’s national emotion,so that the public really agree with the spirit of the Chinese Spring Festival culture.
