The Protection And Development Of Shanxi Traditional Village In The "Slow City" Concept

Traditional villages were witness of the Chinese for thousands of years’long history,the production and inheritance places of Chinese culture.However,with the modern civilization progress,the rapid development of urbanization,the resulting problems threatening the survival and development of traditional villages,serious ecological environment destruction,residential buildings lack of repair for many years,traditional handicraft under threat,and village economic development lags behind,all these need pay serious attention.Shanxi traditional villages are numerous and diverse,rich in material and non-material culture resources,however,protection and development situation is not optimistic,it is necessary for us to explore new development ideas to improve the current situation of the traditional village."Slow city" as a kind of new mode of urban and rural development,people-oriented,committed to protection of the ecological environment,the traditional style and cultural characteristics,to encourage the development of the characteristic industry in low carbon,environmental protection,to achieve sustainable development of the environment,culture and economic,it has been generally recognized in the world."Slow city"provides a new idea for resolving various problems in the traditional villages.Aiming at the practical problems,"slow city" concept used to realize protection and development of Shanxi traditional village.The full text is divided into six chapters,the first chapter introduce and review research origin,purpose,significance and the traditional villages,"slow city" theory research status in home and abroad;The second chapter puts forward the concepts of traditional village and protection&development,and analyzed its development and protection content,present situation and problems;The third chapter raises the concept of "slow city",analyzed its development course,connotation and practical experience;the fourth chapter determined the study to the Shanxi traditional village,do shanxi traditional villages and Europe "slow city" comparative study,analyze the impact of the concept of"slow city",and the feasibility of the implementation,and according to the characteristics of shanxi,from the village landscape,cultural heritage,living environment and economic development four aspects proposed the concrete"slow city" development strategy,preliminary build the traditional village in Shanxi Province "slow city" development mode;Fifth chapter analyze and research individual instance Gulian village in Qixian,explore its characteristic material and non-material culture resources,to protect and develop present situation and the problems put forward in accordance with local characteristics of "slow city" development strategy;the sixth chapter conclude and review of full text,summarize the point of view,and the protection of traditional village development in future is prospected.
