Research On The Feng Youlan’s Art View

Feng Youlan is a femous philosopher in china,and has achieved great achievements in philosophy.In discussing philosophy,Feng Youlan talked about atr many times.Because he often discussed arts from the perspective of philosophy and arts,his aitistic is unique.Therefore,this article based on Feng Youlan’s works,through the in-depth study to understand his view about art.This paper consists of five parts.In the introduction,the author points out the origin and significance of this paper,and instroduces the basic situation of Feng Youlan’s artistic view.The first chapter discusses the influence of Feng Youlan’s philosophy on his artistic view.In philosophy,Feng Youlan used the theory and method of Wester New Realism to change the theroy of cheng zhu confucianism,establishing a new confucianism.The philosophical system of new confucianism deeply influenced the formation of Feng Youlan’s artistic view,whice is mainly manifested in three aspects.First,influenced by the theory of philosophy,the art concept emphasizes the common art.Second,pay attention to the realm of art,atr assume the mission to improve people’s realm.Three,artistic creation need reach Taoism.The second chapter describes Feng Youlan’s understanding of the works of art.Influenced by new confucianism,Feng Youlan put forward the“original appearance” of the art.He think the art existence,because of the“original appearance”of the works existence.The“original appearance” of art is the standard of artistic creation and criticism.If the art can show the “original appearance”of the works,this art reach Taoism,this art is good art.The three chapter Feng Youlan’s understanding of artistic modernization and national character.Feng Youlan believes that Chinese and Western cultures are two types of culture.Art modernization is the "commonality" of Western art,which we should learn from the West.Art modernization can only be achieved through the transformation of cultural types.The national character of art is the "special phase" of culture,which distingish the culture of the same type.The modernization of art must be based on the national nature.European culture does not belong to the national nature of our art,the new literature can not develop the Europeanization of literature,it should be committed to the modernization of literature.The fourth chapter discusses Feng Youlan’s artistic realm from the perspectives of artists,works and readers.The Theory of Life Realm is the Core of Feng Youlan ’s Philosophical Thought.According to the artist’s consciousness degree in the artistic creation activities,the artist’s realm is divided into natural realm,utilitarian realm,moral realm and universe realm.The realm of universe is the highest realm of the artist’s pursuit,and the artist in this realm can make his work reach the realm of universe.If the work belong to universe realm,it can improve the reader’s realm.
