As the new new media era,people's lifestyles have changed,the daily life of people has been unable to leave the Internet.The emergence of new media has changed the traditional branding model,by virtue of the characteristics of new media to the traditional media,the new media played an important role in brand promotion,it enhance branding efforts,strengthening the interaction between consumers and brands,at the same time,reducing the cost of branding,expanding sales channels.Meanwhile,because of the improvement of people's living standards,the restaurant have a huge audience.Audiences the diversity of choice,make the catering industry the fierce compete.The Promotion strategy of catering brand has changed,marketers have recognized the importance of new media to catering brands to promote.Use the design method of new media to attract audience attention,use the new media as a vector-borne,to expand the popularity and influence of catering brands,has become a new direction of the catering brand to promote.This paper focuses on the design and application of new media in the catering brand.The huge mobile Internet user groups make mobile social media has become the mainstream media in the new media.Firstly,in this paper,the author studies the new media clearly refers to digital technology,network technology,the mobile phone media as the main carrier,and has real-time and interactive features,and is closely related to people's life style social media.According to the analysis of the beverage and it's audience,while combined with the new media and communications properties,summary of mobile terminal design for catering brands in the social media promotional advantage.Finally,apply the social media on mobile terminal,such as digital dynamic posters,mobile video,HTML5 as the mainstream design topractice.To "J" coffee meal,a catering brands as a practical case,respectively,from the brand promotion planning,brand promotion ideas and the visual design of the brand promotion,these three aspects to interpret the application of new media in catering brand,to make the catering brand to achieve the best results.And to explore the new law of the design and the application in designed form in the new media mobile promotion on the social media of terminal.
