The Improving Strategies Research Of Jianou’s Castanea Henryi In The View Of Agricultural Culture

Agricultural culture is a kind of culture which is formed based on the foundation of agricultural economy.China’s agricultural civilization has already formed its entire complete agricultural culture system after thousands of years’ transmission.What’s more,the agricultural culture is also a very important part of Chinese traditional culture,in which contains the wisdom and perspiration of many ancestors.Jianou city of Fujian province,known as the hometown of castanea henryi,has passed on the history of the cultivation of castanea henryi more than 1800 years.Jianou’s castanea henryi is of top quality,sufficient nutrition and rich culture.Besides,the planting scale and the variety of castanea henryi are second to none in domestic.At present,the researches of Jianou’s castanea henryi concentrate on the aspects of its varieties,genes and cultivations etc..While scholars pay little attention to the systematic summary of the study on Jianou’ s agricultural culture value of castanea henryi.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC(Communist Party of China),China has gradually entered the development of the "new normality".In 2017,Document No.1 of the Central Committee focused on the "three rural issues" and intensified the reform of the agricultural supply side structure,thus enhancing the overall efficiency and competitive level of agriculture.From mentioned above,in the development of castanea henryi industry,it is clear that the simple production and planting have been unable to meet the needs of the people in the spiritual and cultural aspects.The promotion and development of Jianou’s castanea henryi industry need to open up new ways and the deep culture excavation of castanea henryi is of great significance for the promotion of Jianou’s castanea henryi industry.Based on reading relevant literature materials,this thesis studies and learns the research achievements and experiences on the aspect of agricultural culture from the perspective of its connotation so to form the overall research framework of the thesis.The thesis first studies and analyzes the concrete ideas of the development of Jianou’s castanea henryi under the guidance of Agriculture’s Multiple Functional Theory,Industry Convergence Theory,Cultural Industrialization Theory and Industrial Economics Theory.Then,the author conducts an investigation and research on the development status of Jianou’s castanea henryi industry through the methods of literature review and field survey.It finds that the overall development of the industry is good,but there are small production scale,low processing output,low publicity,less well-known brands and so on.After that,the author analyzes the possessed culture resources of castanea henryi and its development and utilization status.Again,through the relevant data collection of Jianou’s castanea henryi culture,based on that,the author adopts field survey method to continue adding information and the discovery mentioned above gets confirmed.Besides,after comprehensive analysis,the author discovers that the agricultural culture resources of Jianou’s castanea henryi are abundant.Then,using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),the author establishes the evaluation index system of the agricultural culture resources development potential of Jianou’s castanea henryi,finding that the development potential is in a good condition.Last but not least,according to the actual situation of Jianou city,the author puts forward corresponding strategies to enhance the development of Jianou’s castanea henryi industry from the perspective of agricultural culture,such as:excavating castanea henryi culture,exerting cultural advantage;strengthening industrial integration,developing ecological tourism;expanding leisure agriculture,increasing the added value of castanea henryi;reinforcing personnel training,establishing guarantee mechanism;opening cultural highlights,enhancing brand promotion.
