Second language learners are affected by their mother language during second language acquisition. In order to identify the influence of interlanguage similarities and differences to second language acquisition, the paper studies the acquisition sequence of the first level vowel with different similarity of Urdu-speaking Chinese beginners.First,an introduction to research significance, theoretical basis, literature review and basic research methods.Second, determine the first level vowels of Chinese and Urdu through the contrast of two phonologic system.Conduct a pronunciation recording of native speakers to analyze the acoustic parameters of two vowel patterns to determine the first level vowels and determine the similarity hierarchy of the first level vowels.Third, conduct a listening evaluation by both Chinese and Urdu native speakers to determine the similarity hierarchy.Analyze the different results obtained by different aspects.Fourth, conduct a pronunciation recording of Pakistan Chinese learners and analyze their acquisition of the first level vowel based on the method of vowel pattern and concentration rate to determine the acquisition sequence of the first level vowel.Fifth, conduct a listening evaluation by both Chinese and Urdu native speakers to determine the acquisition sequence of the first level vowel.Analyze the different results obtained by different aspects.Sixth, find out the relationship between the similarity hierarchy and the acquisition sequence.Testify or modify the CAH,SLM,PAM,MDH and concentration theory. The final similarity hierarchy is:[a]>[i]>[u]>[(?)]>[y]>[(?)]>[(?)].The final acquisition sequence is:[i]>[u]>[a]>[y]>[(?)]>[(?)].The results approve of CAH:the vowel with less similarity is hard to acquire. The strange vowel with stronger markedness is easier to learn, but it is still harder than similar vowel. The results partly approve of SLM in that the vowel with slight similarity is hard to learn but argues against it in that strange vowel is also hard to learn. The results totally approves of PAM.The results argue against the concentration theory as a method to determine acquisition sequence.
