Some people greatly appreciate one-to-one teaching for its definite target, flexible courses, and obvious effects. However, since there is only one teacher and one student, it tends to be simple, serious, and tedious. Therefore, how to design an active, interesting, and inviting teaching plan is what this paper focuses on.This paper conducts a theoretical and practical study of an effective from three aspects. In the first place, it analyzes the theoretical foundations of one-to-one teaching plan. Second, it demonstrates a specific teaching plan of The Most Popular Sports based on the very teaching object, teaching demand, teaching environment, and teaching material. Third, it displays a teaching reflection through self evaluation and teaching quality evaluation, and it also puts forward a modification proposal.Finally, it comes to the conclusion that in one-to-one teaching, the teacher should have an overall mastery of the student's personal information, and thus based on the mastery design and also carry out a teaching plan which can meet the student's expectations without violating the teaching theories.
