Research On The Forms Of Aesthetic Appreciation For The Design A Contents Page

Nowadays,people’s aesthetic standard has enhanced greatly,designing becomes indispensable in our life and all the industries have shown their products with higher standard and creative pattern.The industry of book binding and layout has also presented a brand new image thanks to the designing,especially the design of books contents pages.In the old days,people always designed books in the aspects of the cover and the package,neglecting the design of a contents page and text layout.Actually the core of a book is the contents.So how to make the design of a contents page play the function of visual communication to the utmost?Now with the development of new forms of aesthetic appreciation,people have broken the previous simple design which matches text layout with graphics only.On the basis of meeting the readers’ demand for convenient reading experience,they put more emphasis on combining different variety of design methods together,so as to creat various presents of information.Then they can make the readers browse and read the informations more efficiently and make the books be practical,efficient,elegant and interested.Therefore,as a crucial role of a book,the design of a contents page has to be so innovative that it can features with attractive functions.This paper firstly analyzes the basic form and present situation of a contents page and discusses the academic research value of form,and then it demonstrates the relationship between contents and patterns in the design of a contents page.Finally it illustrates the three functions of a content page---searching,aesthetic and recognition.In summary,the paper aims to analyze the relationship between content and pattern in the design of a contents page,explore the aesthetic form applied to a contents page and also make a creative research according to different types.
