Influenced by Chinese traditional culture, the honor is always received people’s esteem, individual need to attention honor, the organization need to implement honor incentive, countries need to honor, etc. With the continuous development of today’s society, many problems about honor rewards appeared gradually, honor corruption, honor generalization has become the common fault in many organizations honor rewards. In this environment, organization staff regarding the honor cognition, the feeling, the experience changes gradually, honor motivation effect is self-evident. Honor, In order to change the honor difficult position in organization, you need to understand the organization staff in honor of cognitive experience and status characteristic, to analyze the influence of different honor execution condition on employee honor perception, etc.Based on this, this research colligate the results of literature analysis and open questionnaire and interview, build the theoretical framework of employee honor consciousness, proposed in the organization the honor material interrelatedness and honor scarcity to the staff honor consciousness influence model. Through interview consultation, questionnaire investigation, experimental research, expert advice and methods such as data analysis, carried out the following three studies:(1) explore the organization employees consciousness of the honor in the content structure and its properties;(2) significance test of different demographic variables on employee honor consciousness and its factors;(3) to investigate the influence of different honor substances correlation and honor scarcity on employee honor consciousness related factors.This research has drawn below the main conclusion through the questionnaire survey and the experiment:(1) in organization, employees’ honor consciousness present multi-dimensional structure, manifests for three forms: cognition, emotion, volition. Honor cognition consists of four factors: spirit value cognition, emptily value cognition, attribution value cognition and additional value cognition; Honor emotion consists of two factors: positive emotion and negative emotion; Honor volition constitutes by two factors: overcome work difficulties and improve work involved.(2) the employees’ honor consciousness in the cognitive and emotional generally actively; Volition is in the medium level. In terms of honor cognitive questionnaire, four common factors, in descending order according to the average order: spirit value cognition, additional value cognition, attribution value cognition, emptily value cognition; In terms of honor emotional questionnaire, positive emotional experience of employees to honor is greater than the negative emotional experience of honor; In terms of honor volition questionnaire, improve work involved in score is more than overcome work difficulties. Variance analysis found that honor consciousness all dimensions in gender, age, education demographic statistics variables exist significant differences.(3) Honors in organization accompanied by different material relevancy, the evaluate of employee significantly changes in emptily value cognition, positive emotion and overcome work difficulties, which means that honors material association with higher level, the score of forms value cognition significantly lower, and the score of positive emotion and overcome work difficulties significantly higher.(4) Honors in organization accompanied by different scarcity, the evaluate of employee significantly changes in spirit value cognition, emptily value cognition, positive emotion and overcome work difficulties, which means that honors scarcity with higher level, the score of spirit value cognition, positive emotion and overcome work difficulties significantly higher, and the score of forms value cognition significantly lower. |
