A Study On The Rhyming Of Dong'ou Ci In Qing And Min Dynasty

As one of the key outcome of Wenzhou local documentation,the Dong'ou ci collection is the most important part of Wenzhou local culture.dong ou ci not only has the important literary value in the history of literature,but also is the key material for study the Chinese Phonetics History and play a key role in it.Base on the pioneering figures' research results which have been obtained,we use the literature research method and system-linking method to study the 90 Scholars' 748 Ci(?).To analyze and summarize Dong'ou Ci's rhyme system and detailed in-depth discussions with their rhymings.This paper hope to have a better understanding of the Phonetic Phenomena.So it have great value to draw a outline of Wenzhou dialect.Through the research and study,the paper draws the following conclusions:1.The systerm of Dong'ou Ci(???)in Qing and Min dynasty are grouped into 17categories.which is similar with 18 categories of the common language in Song Dynasty.According to the characteristics of the Dong'ou ci rhyme,we combine the YaoDuo(??)and WuZhu(??)in common language in Song Dynasty into one category:WuDuo(??).2.The connections between different categories are complex.Besides the rare exceptions of common language and simulated to ancients,most of them reflect Wu dialect especially Wenzhou dialect features.such as Gege(??)and Jiama(??),Youhou(??)and Yumo(??),Zhiwei(??)and Yumo(??),Haijie(??)and Zhiwei(??),the disappearance and connection”-n,-?,-m”in Yangshengyun(???),Deji(??)and Xueyue(??),Deji(??)andWuduo(??)in Rushengyun(???).Because we couldn't find out the actual evidences of dialect accent material,only few exceptions of the connection are till doubt and need to be verified by Posterity.3.Studying the rhyme of the Dong'ou Ci(???),which is a important supplement for reseaching the history of Wenzhou dialect,and it's also good to Chinese dialects research and awareness.This paper mainly consists of three parts:research overview,the rhyme system of Dong'ou Ci and discussion of the connection rhyme categories which reflect dialect phenomena.
