Objective: On the base of the Study in the past,this study will further explore whether Meta-cognition Intervention Technique with relapse prevention program has significant influence in treatment and long-term effects after treatment of Interpersonal Sensitivity for 8 College students.Method: 8 College students of Interpersonal Sensitivity are selected to be visitors who came to Liaoning Normal University psychological consultation center for help from 2015.3 to 2016.1.They are randomly allocated to Intervention Group and Control Group in chronological order.In the first intervention,Meta-cognition Intervention Technique with the relapse prevention program is used in Intervention Group as well as without in Control Group.Two mouths later,if someone had reached the standard of relapse,they will continue to secondary intervention,until the best level.Through the two process of the intervention,we will use the Interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale and self-Rating Anxiety Scale before and after test.At the same time,score-reducing rate will be as the effective standard of intervention.The small-sample Multiple-baseline Intervention Design of the same behavior of different visitors is introduced,and the Subjective experience anxiety values are selected to be features of multiple-baseline design,to research to analyze the differences between the two groups after Intervention.Results: In the first intervention,8 visitors all have fallen to standard range,but the degree of Intervention Group decreases obviously than Control Group.Two mouths later,everyone had been qualitative,achieved the best level.3 or 6 months later,the review found that the experimental group in the control group all the indexes in a relatively stable,that means no signs of relapse.Conclusion:Meta-cognition Intervention on college students’ interpersonal sensitivity treatment has a significant effect.Meta-cognition Intervention with relapse prevention program has a significant influence in treatment effects and long-term effects. |
