Translation is a kind of cross-cultural communication, in dealing with cultural factors, the translator can compensate the significance of vacuum through using the two strategies, namely domestication and foreignization. Domestication is resides in the target language, can replace the expression of the source language cultural identity with the expression of target language identity. Cultural translation is to translate the different cultural consciousness, analysis the social cultural factors between the translation and original. Now, the academic discussion has become a trend. As the economy, the globalization of politics, culture and the close friendship between language. In a wide range of translation, both at home and abroad, there are translation scholars who tried to replace the translation theory in cultural translation. The traditional translation theory is that translation is correct to use a dictionary and grammar, the meaning of a language into another language. And cultural translation focused more on the body of the language, also is the language of the user, instead of the traditional language of the object. Nida defines cultural translation as:in cultural translation, change the information content if the original language in a certain sense to comply with the target language culture, or the unknown information in the source language in target language becomes clear. He also stressed that the truly successful translation, cultural nationalism and dual language is more important, because the text only makes sense in their work culture.In the 1980s, translation studies has entered the phase of multiculturalism, cultural translation studies has showed its superiority. "Loyalty" is the basic criteria of translation, and culture facsimile is the best reflect of the "loyalty" in translation. Translation is usually influenced by many factors including culture and language context etc. you can use many translation strategies such as domestication and foreignization, but neither of these strategies can avoid the missing of the linguistic meaning, so the article set Our Life in China for example discussed the effects of domestication and foreignization to the culture translation and the reason for the missing of the linguistic meaning to find the best strategy of culture facsimile.
