The Relationship Among The Rural Specially Contracted Teachers' Psychological Capital, Facial Expression Recognition And Interpersonal Relationship In Henan Province

Teachers should handle their personal relationships properly,if not,it would have negative effects on their work and life.In addition topsychologicalcapital, there are many otherfactors that affectinterpersonal relationships, during whichfacial expressionrecognitionhas a significant prediction function on interpersonal relationship.Therefore, this article,from the perspective of psychological capital and facial expression recognition, has studied the interpersonal relationship of those specially contracted teachers in Henan province and their mental health status,thus providing advice on their mental health development.Based on questionnaire and experiment method, this paper has studied the relations among the status of interpersonal relations, psychological capital, facial expression recognition of the rural specially contracted teachers and has analyzed the intermediary functions of facial expression recognition between psychological capital and interpersonal relationship.Through the analysis of the 62 rural specially contracted teachers from Xinyang,Xinxiang and Nanyang of Henan province, conclusions are as follows :(1) Henan rural specially contracted teachers' psychological capital generally stays at a high level.(2) Henan rural specially contracted teachers enjoy a more harmonious interpersonal relationship, very few of them has interpersonal problems.(3) The significant seniority difference for Henan rural specially contracted teachers' psychological capital generates from their different working experiences, life and environment familiarity.(4) Rural specially contracted teachers from elementary and junior high schools show much difference on reaction of facial expression recognition.(5) Henan rural specially contracted teachers' psychological capital significantly relates to interpersonal relationships(6) Henan rural specially contracted teachers' reaction time of facial expression recognition and interpersonal relationship significantly correlated;(7)Rural specially contracted teachers' reaction time of facial expression recognition plays an intermediary role between psychological capital and interpersonal relationships. That is to say, psychological capital can directly affect interpersonal relationships, may also indirectly affect relationships through facial recognition.
