In this paper,social linguistics,cultural linguistics,advertising and other related theory as the guide,using the field investigation,statistical analysis,visiting and other methods to research the advertising language of the old quarter Hanoi-the 36 streets' area,and then sum up the characterstics and cultural information of areas that the advertising language there reflects. First of all,collect the advertising language of the 36 streets' area in Hanoi, statistical analysis the advertising language of the 36 streets' area in Hanoi and its application characteristics; And then puts forward the problem about application specification of the advertising language in this area and the reasons analysis; Then, explore cultural phenomenon that the shop advertising of the 36 streets' area in Hanoi reflects; Finally,conclusion of the article, put forward some personal views and opinions through some aspects such as the advertising language, language features, the standardization of the language use and culture, hope to be able to promote the study of advertising language about the 36 streets' area in Hanoi.
