Fictitious Reaiity—Michael Borremans’s Works

Michael Borremans’ s drawings,paintings,and films present a memorable combination,this combination has a solemn character,unusual details and disturbing objects.His oil painting shows a concentrated dialogue with the history of the times,but his works unconventional ingredients and unique ways gave a virtual real sense to works surprisingly.His work always have exaggerated size and height of the meaning of the metaphor works.As his complex and open scene,a canceled space and time familiar alienation works to increase the complexity of contradictory emotions,but also reflects the nostalgia,black humor and fascinating weird.Content of the first chapter described Borremans inspired by classical painting.The second chapter described ambiguous elements,and I will analysis from the “animal metaphors culture”and “objects using”to describe.The third chapter in detail from aspects to describe how to do virtual reality for Borremans.In this paper,I want to analysis of Michael Borremans’ s artistic creation,in order to find his way to provide more academic support and inspiration for my artistic creation.
