Li Jinhui is a famous musician of the 20th century in China.He has made great achievements in songwriting,children's music,modern songs,patriotic songs and war of resistance songs.Especially in children's dance and music songs,he finishes 12 children dance dramas,24 cabaret songs and considerable amount of school songs for teenagers.Nice songs(????),written by Li Jinhui,printed and published in May 1935 by Zhonghua Book Company(????).The publisher is Lu Feikui who is the representative of Zhonghua Book Company Limited.This book totally consists of six volumes and every volume has three parts which are practice songs,applied songs and practice-applied songs.On the preface of the Nicel songs,the author refers his purpose of writing this book that it can be used as the supplementary material through the primary school years;it also can be used as a book when you study at home or learn by yourself(1).The book Nice songs written by Li Jinhui is the research object in this paper which combined with the historical background.This paper induces the contents,themes and other aspects of Nice songs and summarizes its cultural values.This paper consists of four chapters:Part one is an introduction which includes four parts.This chapter is mainly about the creation background,research status,research significance and research method in Nice songs.Part two is the creation course and achievements of Li Jinhui,which includes his life experiences during the year of 1891-1967.It mainly states his creative achievements in three aspects namely children's music,modern songs,patriotic songs and war of resistance songs.Part three is the ontology research of Nice songs written by Li Jinhui.It summarizes the 221 works and some related information in that book and conducts a musical analysis and summary about that book.Part four discusses the “Nice” of Nice songs written by Li Jinhui within the scope of aesthetics and elaborates it from three various musical aesthetic perspectives.The last part is about the cultural value of Li Jinhui's Nice songs This chapter discusses two aspects: one is the content with Chinese characteristics and the other is the creation features and it reveals the cultural value in Nice songs.
