As an important part of traditional culture, women's education has a long history.Women's education is an essential part of education system in ancient China.There are all kinds of women's education. It has two sides,both good side and bad side to another.So,We should judge with speculative.With rational objective face to ancient education of women, however,the case is rather difficult, for whatever unenlightened ancient women's education may be even admitting that the theory on which it is based may be right-it can hardly be classed as traditional women's education culture.Surely there is no more commanding moral imperative for women in the modern than magnanimity, kindness, generosity, piety, humbleness,tolerance, munificence,blandness,hardworking and thrifty.Four Books for Women is a series of educational textbook for women,which plays a critical role in traditional women's education.Re spect for elders,chastity lifestyle,own a modest attitude,hardworking and thrifty,constitutes of the crucial parts of traditional women's education.Devolopment of ancient women's education to conform with the national conditions and the hope of the citizenry.Traditional women's education help women to foster a right view on the world, life and values.This is a matter of Chinese ethnic peoples-a matter nobody can afford ignore.The construction of Chinese-charactered Socialist Spiritual Civilization rely on the traditional education of women.Although many people claim that,along with the rapidly society devolopment,the number of women who disbelieve traditional women's education and female virtuousness is bound to die out.As the progress of era,we believe that ancient women's education will continue to play extremely important roles in modern society.
