Pingle County, located in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and situated at the southeast of Guilin, east of Zhongshan, south of Zhaoping, west of Lipu, northwest of Yangshuo, Northeast of Gongcheng. Pingle County is a Multi-ethnic (department) populated areas, there are 15 ethnic groups, including Han, Zhuang, Yao, Hui, Miao, Dong, Manchu, Mulao, MaoNan, Tata, PuMier, Li, Buyi, Korean and Tujia. People always on the move, the special geographical location and historical reasons make Pingle's Language resources very rich. Currently, the survey of Language resources in Pingle is focused on the Chinese dialect Mandarin, native dialect and minority languages like Zhuang, Yao. The survey of Hakka dialect is basically a blank. In view of this situation, this paper in the form of fieldwork to get the first-hand and credible dialect material, combining with quantitative analysis, descriptive and comparative research method to describe and analyze the pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar of Tong'an-Hakka-dialect, trying to sort out its phonological system, explicit its vocabulary content and grammatical features. And also do some preparations for the follow-up studies.This article is divided into seven sections:The first section is the introduction. This section introduced the research status of the Hakka dialect, and the briefly description of its meaning, purpose, significance, methods, Material sources and the significance of the text represented by the various symbols.The second section is the Chapter One. This section introduces the human geography profiles of Pingle County and Tong'an, including Geographical environment, history, distribution and origin of Pingle Hakka, and its language overview.The third section is the Chapter two. This part is a comprehensive description about the phonetic system of Tong'an-Hakka-dialect, and compared with the medieval phonetic system, summed up with the phonological features of Tong'an-Hakka-dialect. because of the diversity of Tong'an-Hakka-dialect's phonetic about its family sources, migration and destination, this part Comparing with Meixian-Hakka-dianlect, Guiling-Hakka-dialect and Pingle-Mandarin-dialect, for Combing their similarities and differences.The fourth section is the Chapter three. This section summarized the similarities and differences between Tong'an Hakka and Mandarin vocabulary through horizontal comparison, and shows the consistency and differences with Meixian-Hakka-dialect and Guiling-Hakka-dialect. Then discriminated the Tong'an-Hakka-dialect reserved feature words. Finally, make a briefly summary about Tong'an-Hakka-dialect cultural content that vocabulary presented.The fifth section is the Chapter Four. This part is mainly about nine common sentences of Tong'an-Hakka-dialect in the form of thematic comparison with Mandarin, then make the description and discussion.The sixth section is the Chapter Five. This part is the conclusion of this paper, make a briefly summary about the phonetics, vocabulary and grammar of Tong'an-Hakka-dialect, and a simple discussion of language contact and qualitative.The last section is the Appendix. The last part is the homophone character table and classification vocabulary of Tong'an-Hakka-dialect.
