The characteristics of adult negative priming effect, interference effect and promotion effect in different biological rhythms is not unanimous. This research adopts the experimental method to early adulthood and late adulthood individuals as subjects, discuss the characteristics of the adult and different biological rhythms under automatic suppression. The study found that different biological rhythms have different effects on the inhibition and automation of different adults. This research obtains the following conclusions.(1)the differences in interference effects in early adult and late adulthood among individuals is significant, the latter is greater than the former.(2) the individual interference effect in late adulthood by biological rhythms of morning adult interference effect is greater than the individual late afternoon morning; night type adult interference effect is greater than the individual late morning afternoon.(3)Late adulthood in non optimal testing time there is no negative priming effect. The late adult advanced individual in its best test time showed negative priming effect.(4)Early adult individual in its best test time showed negative priming effect.Early adult individuals in the non optimal testing time there is no negative priming effect.(5)Early adulthood and late adulthood among individuals promoting effect significantly, the former than the latter.
