Study On Application Of Curved Line In The Traditional Auspicious Patterns

Pattern is the floorboard of the decorative pattern of state. Arc line is part of the circle, is a collection of points in the circle, it changes with the amplitude of the circumference of a circle, and the change of the Angle that is superior to the change of the arc minor arc. Here, I discuss the arc line is close to the curve of the arc shape,rather than all of the curve. The variability of curved line contributed to its application in the traditional auspicious patterns of rich and colorful, eventually make arc line became the ancestors’ popular adornment element. In this paper, we start from the application of arc line, explores the curved line in the traditional auspicious patterns of diversified adornment effect. Research, from the viewpoint of curved line plane aesthetics combined with culture, emotion, philosophy, psychology and so on multiple dimensions explore arc line decoration application in auspicious patterns as well as in people emotional sustenance.Paper is divided into four chapters:This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter "Introduction" : discusses the research background, research significance and purpose, the status quo at home and abroad to analyze, and define the research content, given the research methods.The second chapter "line arc the existing form and meaning" : this chapter interprets the arc line, followed by discussion of the existence of an arc line again from the life and animation to start on the characteristics of arc line, finally from the round angle on curved lines.The third chapter "the traditional auspicious pattern outline" : discusses the traditional auspicious pattern’s development general situation, the modelling characteristic and the implication function.The fourth chapter "curved lines in the traditional auspicious patterns" : on the one hand according to the classification of subject matter of curved line excavation,on the other hand of pottery, and the Han portrait stone curved lines decorative applications comb.The last part of the conclusion: this part is on the basis of the previous study of auspicious patterns and arc line.
