The Conjunction Of Soul And Faith-A Study On Dashi Namdakov's Sculptural Art Language

Dashi Namdakov is a Buriat Mongolian sculptor,a painter,a jewelry designer as well as a film director in Russian.From the perspective of sculpture subject,this paper expounds the formation of Namdakov's individualized art language by analyzing his special emotional art experiences.It mainly focuses on the effect of religious emotion on the formation of his original,simple and wild artistic style.Based on the study of this artist's creation language,this paper not only enrich the domestic literatures about Dashi Namdakov' artistic creation,but also provide reference for nomadic artists' creations on their way of artistic language exploration.By analyzing the formation of Dashi Namdakov's individualized artistic language,the author clearly understand the essence of national artistic creation.All of them can be learned and applied into practice by us.Meanwhile,the author found some problems during the process of literature review,they are concluded as follow:(1)Domestic art medium paid lopsided attention to mainstream art and marginal culture as well as national art,which results in a lack national artists' Chinese version literatures,books and videos.Thus,more excellent national art works in the world can not be read by the public.(2)Some domestic national artists copied others' works excessively during their creation.They neglected art language's individual characteristics,it can not be replicated.Moreover,imitating other works art language excessively can lead to excess complicated with deficiency.In order to solve above problems,the author conducts a beneficial study from the following several aspects: Firstly,through visiting Dash Namdakov's art exhibitions for many times and making a survey in the filed of Mongolian region for more than a year,the author recorded the whole process of Dash Namdakov's artistic creation.What' more,the author also expounded the formation of his art language systematically by reviewing more literatures and watching more artists' untranslated Mongolian videos,which supplement the shortness of domestic literatures to some extent.Secondly,the present paper analyzes the formation process of Dash Namdakov's art language through the study of his religious emotion and his works.Upon this basis,the author put forward some suggestions: the formation of art language is the expressing way for individualized artists,it is inseparable form its' environment in which you were brought up as well as you worked and studied.It has uniqueness characteristics.Therefore,in my opinion,we can learn from this art language,but can not imitate it excessively.The present study includes three parts.The first part introduces Dash Namdakov's art experience and thought.The second part is mainbody of this paper.Based on the content of framework that “Dash Namdakov‘s special emotion art experiences have made his original and unadorned art language”,the author discusses his art language formation by studying his artistic thought,religious emotion as well as his emotional symbols.The third part analyzes his art language characteristics.Meanwhile,the conclusion and reflection of this study are also presented in this part.
