Research On Narrative Of Chinese Web Television

The rapid developments in the Internet era and the developments of network technologies have successfully brought great conveniences to people's living, but also provided new space of the development of film and television works of art. As the micro-film is the product of film art in the age of Internet, web television is a new branch of Television in the network society. Because of the high cost of the TV dramas, the Internet major video platforms have launched their own web Televisions. Web Television has entered in a new era of vigorous development form the year of 2014, no matter in quantity or quality, the speed of developing is very striking. Although the web Television has occupied a part of the film and television drama market in the Internet environment, but the research on is relatively few.In this paper, I will commence the research on narrative of the network drama in the network. First of all, I arrange the environment of the network drama's growth, and the main researches in recent years. Secondly, I put my point in the same and different between narrations of Television drama and web Television. The web Television has own style in narrative rhythm and narrative structure, which different from the TV dramas, and pioneered the interactive narration. In order to study the features of web Television narration, I take a representative web Television named DIRENJIE-The Famous Detective in the paper, and analysis its narration style in narrative space-time and structure. Last but not the least, I make a summary in the application of interactive narration and multilinear narration. Finally, I choose two typical web television drama narrative techniques to analyze and summarize.
