Study On The Construction Of Wenzhou Rural Culture Hall

Since 2013, the Zhejiang provincial Party committee, the provincial government put forward a practical livelihood, namely the construction of rural cultural hall. Rural culture hall is an important carrier of rural tradition moral excellence and the traditional culture inheritance, is committed to build in the vast rural ideological and moral construction, carry forward the traditional culture, sports and recreational activities, skills and knowledge popularization in one comprehensive cultural service center. Wenzhou in construction adhere to the integration of resources, encourage the participation of the civil society, in management formed a "Cultural Hall director general in the hall of", "monthly theme of", "traditional culture" of the ceremony, ’system "a series of mechanism, function to emphasize culture hall of spirit to lead and to culture. However, there are insufficient funds in the construction of cultural auditorium, lack of talent, the mechanism is not perfect, the public participation is not enough and so on. In this paper, through access to a large number of related data and survey research, under the background of new rural culture construction in our country, combined with the Wenzhou City Hall, construction of rural culture practice, analysis, research on the construction of rural culture hall path. According to hall, construction of rural culture present situation and existing problems put forward suggestions and countermeasures, cultural hall is making a unique southern Zhejiang and Dongou geographical and cultural characteristics of the rural community of cultural landmark, citizens of the "spiritual home".In the research methods, this paper insists on the guiding principle of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, using literature review method, theory and practice, field survey and case study.
