As a informative text, this excerpt characterized by accuracy, impersonality and preciseness should be translated carefully. The first chapter introduces the translation background, the content and type of source text, the translation purpose and theory. The second chapter records the preparation, the translation and revising. The third chapter is about the cultural and logical difference of Chinese and English, stylistic features of medicine English, and the case analysis guided by Skopostheory. The last chapter records the translation experience and expectation of the translation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
