Research On Ethics Of Samaritan Dilemma In Contemporary China

Good Samaritan has always been the important performance of China's traditional culture and traditional virtue.In recent years,with the change of society and the impact of open policy,people?s opinion has also changed in the meantime.It makes one to change their understanding of the traditional virtues about the good Samaritan.When people in the face of this behavior,different people from different positions has given different answers or even opposite evaluation.All of this questions need to be given answers from academics.From the existing research results,there has not form a theoretical questions related to consensus.Therefore,we continually need to in-dept research on Good Samaritan.This behavior: How to evaluate this behavior ? Where the value of its performance,and what's the meaning of the social ? These questions make us in trouble when we faced them.For the study of the theory of the good Samaritan can from several aspects,such as social,law,ethics and so on.This paper argues that research on ethics is particularly important.For the first part,Good Samaritan is a kind of moral phenomenon.It belongs to the center problems in the field of ethics.The research mainly on social and law is extension from the social environment and how to protect the hero's.The main research content of this article can be divided into three levels.First of all,analysis of the plight of Good Samaritan,and think of the plight on theoretically and the difficulties in real life.What's more,interpret ethical theory identified of Good Samaritan.In this paper,the theory mainly divide three parts: the ethical quality of the Good Samaritan and its value attribute and its behavior.Finally,in view of Good Samaritan,putting forward corresponding solution path.This paper mainly uses the method of interdisciplinary and case study and so on.And analysis the dilemma of Good Samaritan in theory.Combined with knowledge of ethics,we should put forward their views and corresponding solutions,in order to solve the problems of the dilemma of good Samaritan and to put up new ideas and solutions.
