In recent years, more and more second language vocabulary acquisition research by scholar's attention, and aspects of Chinese as a second language acquisition field. But so far, Vocabulary Acquisition of Second Language Acquisition is still not mainstream research. For the Chinese as Second Language learners, Chinese words throughout the entire learning process, vocabulary acquisition both focus is difficult.This paper aims to study Turkish Elementary Chinese Learners' Acquisition by way of case studies, a Turkish background primary learner of Chinese Vocabulary Acquisition four-month follow-up observations. The main use case study method, at the same time, supplemented by a variety of quantitative and qualitative research combining quantitative research questionnaire-based, qualitative research including classroom observation, lesson observations, interviews, oral presentations law and literature research method. Item questionnaire consists of three: pre-test vocabulary, vocabulary Test and Vocabulary Learning Strategies. It concluded as follows:Participant observation tests those Turkish learners in the semester Vocabulary Acquisition situation well. Chinese Character is difficult to grasp the biggest factors that hinder learner's vocabulary acquisition. At the same time, which words the learner used in everyday life, often in the test Acquisition of the best? Learners with learning time growing their productive vocabulary knowledge of words width and depth of vocabulary knowledge are growing. On learning, Memory-based methods are more commonly used, while the other methods of memory expansion are also good use. The learner expressed the hope that teachers can increase the chances of students through the specific context of a sentence like learning vocabulary as much as possible in learning. Motivation to learn Chinese language the learner more fully, but most still extrinsic motivation. In the transfer of mother tongue and in English, more of a negative transfer of part of the negative Transfer of Mother Tongue in particular.
