During the Tang and Song Dynasties, the Yue-Bu system is a historical and cultural phenomenon inChina. The first man who pays attention to this problem is the Japanese scholar Kishibe Shigeo, Researchof Taiwan scholar Shen Dong push forward the process of Yue-Bu system further in the90's. And sincethen,the reseach of Yue-Bu system has become a new trend after the reseach of Yue-Ji system.The Yue-Bu system originates in the northern and Southern Dynasties,and popular in the Sui-Tang andSong Dynasties. The Concept is broad and complex, the most common explanation is musicdepartment,And in fact it is a kind of organizational form of music. The music style and ritual attributes asthe division basis,which reflected by the Yue-Qi-Gong-Yi,and pay attention to organizational norms?thestyle nature and the overall features.And the performing style is playing in separate, the maincharacteristics include the ceremony?style?function and overall nature etc. It is a music organizationmanagement and regulation system which in rise of the Court Music.Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapterintroduces the concept and connotation of the Yue-Bu system, In concept, the previous research results areclassified description,and take a relatively complete? comprehensive?systematic definition to the Yue-Busystem by the nature that the paper are focused on;In the species, described in detail according to theclassification standard by Wang xiao-dun and Sun xiao-hui,and not include traditional Yue-Bu system; Themain features are the main basis for the definition of Yue-Bu system, According to the forming anddisappearing of several mainly features to explain the Yue-Bu system development. The standing principleis stand conditions or legislative requirements, The Yue-Bu system must have some sort of social needs andmaterial conditions in the process of the development. Different types of music ministry will reflect themusic features and different forms in different periods, And these different Yue-Bu features and form is theresult of the interaction of the different stand conditions; The highly prosperous Palace music cannot dowithout the palace music organization with the high standard, these music management also has perfectpersonnel allocation?clear division of responsibilities?assessment mechanism and strict rewards andpunishment measure, this set of management mechanisms ensure the prosperity and development of the Yue-Bu system. The above five points can be constructed with a description of the conceptual guidancesystem for the following part. By tracing on the formation and development of Yue-Bu system in threestages in the second chapter, The gestation period of Yue-Bu system is long and complex, the origin ofYue-Bu system include music style attributes which had writed on the Zhou Li and the Book of Songs in thepre Qin Period and appearance of professional musicians, Then inherited from the Northern ZhouDynasty.The Yue-Bu system began in the early Sui Dynasty.Final in the Huang Chao Rebellion instead ofits general opinion the An'si Rebellion. Late of Tang Dynasty, the development of Yue-Bu system showinga declining trend because of frequent wars and the unstable society, The Yue-Bu system began to declineduring the transformation period between the late Tang and early years of the Southern Song Dynasty; Thethird chapter is a separate section, concernning the Si-bu-yue problem which the academic circle basedon,and put forward my own understanding about the Si-bu-yue problem; The fourth chapter explains theimpact and significance of Yue-Bu system.From the institutional perspective,"system" is a broad concept, Itconsisits of three parts: informal constraints of social recognition, formal constraints specified by the stateand the implementation mechanism,the Yue-Bu system also has these characteristics. The development ofChina traditional music culture cannot do without music system; And from the perspective ofCommunication Studies and Sociology, the development of traditional music culture is the common effectof various music system results in the Tang and Song Dynasties; Society is a constant process ofconstruction and Deconstruction, Chinese traditional music culture also can be extended and developped inthis transformation.
