Objective: by exploring H hypertension with cerebral infarction patients and the relationship between HCY,CIMT,CIMT thickness and HCY levels for classification, with comparison of difference between case group and control group, and discuss cases HCY and CIMT presence of correlation. Methods: in November 2016 to November 2017 in qinghai university affiliated hospital patients as the research object,H hypertension combination of 42 cases of patients with cerebral infarction group,H 58 patients with high blood pressure as the control group, and record the course of the disease. All subjects were monitored for HCY,TC,TG,creatinine, uric acid, blood glucose,FMD and other indicators. Results :1.The FMD difference between the case group and the control group was not statistically significant(p>0.05).2,case thickness CIMT group and control group comparison: the case group A level detection rate is lower than the H patients with high blood pressure, and class B and class C detection rate is higher than the control group, there are differences between the thickness of CIMT in comparison between two groups(p < 0.05).3,case group compared with control group HCY levels: A level detection rate is lower than the control group, cases and cases of group B detection rate is higher than the control group, there are differences between the HCY levels compared between two groups(p < 0.05).4.The HCY of patients in the case group was positively correlated with CIMT(r=0.668,p <0.05).Conclusion :1.FMD of type H hypertension with cerebral infarction was no different from that of type H hypertension.2.The HCY content of H type hypertension patients with cerebral infarction was higher than that of H type hypertension.3.The thickness of CIMT in h-type hypertension patients with cerebral infarction is thicker than that in h-type hypertension patients.4.There was a positive correlation between HCY and CIMT in patients with type H hypertension with cerebral infarction.
