| Objective: Left ventricular function and endothelium-dependent diastolic function of brachial artery were measured in patients with and without depression in patients with coronary heart disease, and the effects of depression on left ventricular function and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease were investigated.Combined with other scholars’ research data, the relevant mechanism is discussed. Methods: 1.From November 2016 to November 2017,60 inpatients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were diagnosed by coronary angiography in the affiliated Hospital, and their levels of Hamilton Depression scale were measured. They were divided into depression group(30 cases)with HMD ≥ 17 points and non-depression group(30 cases with HMD < 6).2.Endothelium-dependent vasodilatationof brachial artery was measured by endothelium function test. The left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction were measured by color Doppler echocardiography. The differences between the two groups were compared, and the related mechanisms were discussed.Result: 1.there were differences in LVEDV,LVESV,FMD and coronary heart disease in the group of coronary heart disease and depression, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.there was no significant difference in LVEF between coronary heart disease group and coronary heart disease control group(P>0.05)Conclusion: 1.Observation of two groups of data can be found that the values of LVEDV and FMD in the depression group were lower than those in the control group, while the LVESV measured in the depression group was higher than that in the control group.there was no significant difference in LVEF between coronary heart disease group and coronary heart disease control group(P>0.05)2.Patients with coronary heart disease and depression are prone to damage of left ventricular function. We should take psychological intervention and drug intervention for patients with coronary heart disease at the early stage, and monitor their left ventricular function by color Doppler echocardiography. |
