Objective:To understand the complications of scar uterus re pregnancy after cesarean section,to increase the attention of people to the second pregnancy of scar uterus after cesarean section, and to provide the necessary basis for clinical practice. Methods:The medical data of patients from inpatient department with two or more births in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University hospital were collected and divided into two groups. The study group was a woman with a second pregnancy after cesarean section(CS group)with 402 cases, and the control group was a pregnant woman with first vaginal delivery(NVD group)with 497 cases.Age,BMI,complications such placenta praevia, placenta implantation, scar diverticulum, cesarean scar pregnancy and uterine rupture were analyzed.Collect the interval between two pregnancies to analyze the influence of the complications in CS group.Results:1.Count the incidence of placenta previa, placenta accreta, scar diverticulum, cesarean section pregnancy, uterine rupture in CS group and NVD group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The relationship between placenta previa and the different pregnancy stages in CS group: P = 0.592,the difference was not statistically significant; The relationship between placenta accreta and the different pregnancy interval in CS group: P = 0.805,the difference was not statistically significant; The relationship between scar diverticulum and the different pregnancy stages in CS group: P = 0.948,the difference was not statistically significant; The relationship between cesarean section pregnancy and the different pregnancy stages in CS group: P = 0.508,the difference was not statistically significant; The relationship between uterine rupture and the different pregnancy stages in CS group: P<0.001,the difference was statistically significant.Using the partitions of chi-square method, the rate of uterine rupture at each time interval was compared between the two,and the uterine rupture rate of 2?t<3 years was lower than t<1 year, lower than t?4 years;the uterine rupture rate of 1?t<2 is lower than t?4 years.Conclusions:1.Women had pregnancy after cesarean section again, and the risk of placenta previa, placenta accreta, scar diverticulum, cesarean section pregnancy, uterine rupture, uterine rupture is higher than women pregnancy vaginal postpartum.2.After the first cesarean section, the time of re-pregnancy was not related to the incidence of placenta previa, placenta accreta, scar diverticulum and scar pregnancy, but related to the incidence of uterine rupture, and the uterine rupture rate of 2?t<3 years was lower than t<1 year, lower than t?4 years;the uterine rupture rate of 1?t<2 is lower than t?4 years. But we can't tell that which interval the rate of uterine rupture is lowest.
