The Correlation Between Pathological Tissue Type And Lymph Node Metastasis Of Gastric Adenocarcinoma

Objective:Lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer is the most common way,and it is great value to the treatment and regulation,many comprehensive patholohical factors were researched,including tumor size,infiltration depth,differentiation degree and pathological tissues.According to sdutying the relationship between pathological featrues of gastric adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis,this paper provides a theoretical basis for understanding the disease progression and prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods:Collecting the postopretive pathology datas of gastric cancer from January2012 to December 2017 in Affiliated Hosipital of Qinghai University,department of gastrointestinal surgery.None of the patients received any treatment including neoadjuvant chemotherapy before the operation,and underwent radical surgery.The D2 regional lymphadenectomy was selected and the data of 15 lymph nodes were checked in gruop about 396.according to pathological stage and pathological tissue type,stratify the data into group for statistical analysis,the correlation was obtained by statistical results.Results:The statistical difference of lymph node metastasis in T stages of gastric adenocarcinoma?P<0.05?,and lymph node metastasis rate increased with the infiltration depth of tumor.In early gastric cancer,The statistical difference in node metastasisbetweentubularadenocarcinomaandsignetringcell carcinoma?P<0.05?,the lymph node metastasis rate of tubular adenocarcinoma is lower than other.In advanced gastric adenocarcinoma,to compare the lymph node metastasis rate with different tissue type of adenocarcinoma among T₂,T₃ and T₄stages?P>0.05?,and the statistical difference was not found in the comparison groups.By comparing the difference of lymph node metastasis in different degree of differentiation tubular adenocarcinoma in gastric adenocarcinoma,the comparison groups were not statistical difference.Conclusion:The lymph node metastasis rate increased with the infiltration depth of tumor.In early gastric adenocarcinoma,the lymph node metastasis rate of tubular adenocarcinoma is lower than signet ring cell carcinoma.The pathological tissue type of gastric adenocarcinoma is not a risk factor for lymph node metastasis in advance gastric adenocarcinoma.The differentiation degree of tubular adenocarcinoma is not different for lmphy node metastasis in gastric adenocarcinoma.
