Study On The Pharmacodynamics Of Dihydroartemisinin Killing Protoscolexin In Vitro

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of dihydroartemisinin（DHA）in the treatment of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis（HAE）by examining the influence of dihydroartemisinin on the protoscolex in vitroMethods Observe the death rate of protoscolex influenced by increasing concentrations of dihydroartemisinin（10,20,40,80μmol/L）and different time(1^st,2^nd,3^rd,4^th,5^th,6^th,7^th day)detected by trypan blue staining.Result 1.Trypan blue staining shows that the concentration of 20μmol/L have significantly increased the risk of protoscolex mortality and the death rate of protoscolex increases with the increasing concentration of dihydroartemisinin or the extension of time.2.By comparision with albendazole,an positive control team,the death rate of protoscolex influenced by different concentrations of dihydroartemisinin（10,20,40,80μmol/L）is higher at the same time.Conclusion The injury effect and suppressing growth effect of dihydroartemisinin on the is concentration-and time-dependent.
