Objective:To explore the related factors of coronary slow flow phenomenon during elective PCI in patients with coronary heart disease and to guide clinical treatment.Method:A continuous collection of 176 patients from January 2016 to September 2017 in Department of Cardiology of the Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital and underwent elective PCI:sex,age,BMI,hypertension,diabetes,hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesterolemia,smok-i ng,Hb,ESR,FMD.According to the incidence of CSFP in elective PCI,the CSFP group and the control group were divided. To analyze the correlation between the above indexes and the CSFP in elective PCI.Results:The results of single factor analysis showed that smoking, hypertension, diabetes,ESR,Hb,FMD were statistically significant(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed:hypertension(OR=4.163,95%CI:1.479~11.717,P<0.05),Diabetes(OR=9.075,95%CI:1.566~52.594,P<0.05),ESR(OR=1.167,95%CI:1.053~1.293,P<0.05),Hb(OR=1.037,95%CI:1.010~1.064,P<0.05)are risk factors for coronary slow flow phenomenon in elective PCI.FMD(OR=0.394,95%CI:0.250~0.620,P<0.05)is a protective factor of coronary slow flow phenomenon in elective PCI.Conclusion:Hypertension, diabetes and ESR,Hb increasing is a risk factor for coronary slow flow phenomenon occurring during elective PCI.FMD increasing is a protective factor in the occurrence of coronary slow flow phenomenon during elective PCI.
