Objective To observe the changes of ET-1,ADMA,VEGF in blood of healthy people after they have gradually entered the high altitude area from low altitude,to understand the changes of vascular endothelial function in healthy people at different altitudes, and to explore the effects of acute high altitude exposure on vascular endothelial function. To observe the mechanisms whether the endothelium values change with altitude changes and oxygen deficiency levels. Methods The blood samples of the subjects were collected by vacuum blood collection tubes in the first 24 hours before entering the high altitude area and 48 hours at different altitudes. The centrifuged centrifuges were used to take the supernatant and stored at-80°C until all samples were gathered. After the collection was completed, the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1),asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were measured in each sample, and Lewis Lake score was used to evaluate whether acute plateau occurred.Disease(AMS)and distinguish the degree of disease. Results 1.The observed same group of healthy people did not have AMS at all elevation gradients;2.Repeated measurement of serum levels of ET-1,VEGF,ADMA One-way ANOVA results showed that serum levels of ET-1,VEGF,and ADMA were found in plateau(?3 000 m)and sub-plateau and plain areas(<3000 There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were also differences in elevation gradients(3260 m vs.4270 m)in plateau areas(P<0.05);ET-1,VEGF,ADMA There was no significant difference in serum concentration between plateau(2260 m)and plain(400 m)(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in ET-1,VEGF and ADMA between smoking group and non-smoking group healthy people at 400 meters above sea level,2260 meters above sea level,3200 meters above sea level, and 4270 meters above sea level(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in ET-1,VEGF,and ADMA at different altitudes except for 400 meters and 2260 meters in the same group(P<0.05);neither ET-1,VEGF,ADMA were associated with smoking, nor at different altitudes. The interaction(P>0.05)indicates that the effects of elevation factors(400 meters above sea level,2260 meters above sea level,3200 meters above sea level, and 4270 meters above sea level)do not differ with respect to vascular endothelial function depending on whether or not smoking(smoking and non-smoking groups)is different. Conclusion 1.A healthy young male population entering a high altitude area by gradient elevation may reduce the incidence of AMS;2.Changes in levels of ET-1,VEGF,and ADMA in serum-related indicators of healthy young male subjects may be related to the body's self-regulation,and protect healthy individuals from reducing AMS,and reducing AMS.symptom;3.A short stay in the sub-plateau region may provide an oxygen-free preconditioning process for healthy organisms, thereby reducing the incidence of AMS.4.Whether or not there is a history of smoking does not affect the vascular endothelial function and the occurrence of AMS in the process of different altitudes of healthy people entering acute plateau exposure;...
