Objective To Explore the application of 3D printing technology in neurosurgery. Methods Select 2016.7-2017.7 in the Department of Neurosurgery,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University to use 3D printing technology to assist in surgical treatment.256-slice spiral CT and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging were used to obtain patient examination data. The PACS imaging system used DICOM format to import the original data of patient examination into medical processing software Mimics 17.0 for digital data extraction and reconstruction. The reconstruction model was transformed into 3D printer-recognized STL.The format is 1:1 proportional printing to obtain the physical penetration guide and the print model. The use of puncture guide plates for cerebral hemorrhage, puncture and drainage of brain abscess, stereotactic biopsy of brain tumors, printing model for clinical teaching of spinal canal tumors, patient notification and surgical drills, intraoperative guidance..Results 3D printing technology was used to assist 6 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,4 cases of brain tumor,2 cases of brain abscess puncture, and 5 cases of cervical spinal canal occupying 17 cases.Six patients with cerebral hemorrhage and two patients with brain abscess underwent accurate puncture and drainage with the aid of print guides.Postoperative CT scans showed that all punctures reached the expected puncture results and no secondary injury occurred;4 cases of brain Tumor stereotactic biopsy patients obtained the required pathological examination tissue, shortened the perioperative period, and avoided the secondary damage caused by head nails;5 cases of spinal canal patients under the guidance of the print model to complete the surgery,at the same time In clinical teaching, the patient's condition is informed, and the intraoperative guidance plays a certain role, which significantly shortens the operation time. Conclusion 3D printing technology has more direct and guiding value for surgical treatment of intracranial and intraspinal space-occupying lesions.
