Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)for different molecular types of breast cancer hepatic metastases.Metheds A retrospectively collection of pathological diagnosis of breast cancer by surgery and pathology from January 2014 to November 2017 in our hospital,diagnostic imaging or clinical follow-up confirmed breast cancer hepatic metastases is 73 cases,according to the molecular types of breast cancer,to analysis the different types of breast cancer hepatic metastases by multislice spiral CT image,including the distribution of hepatic metastases,number,size,shape,boundary,density and enhancement pattern,and to explore the correlation between different types and CT features of breast cancer hepatic metastases,in order to provide more effective information for clinical diagnosis and treatment to improve the prognosis of the patients.Results1.There was no correlation between the location,number,size,shape and enhancement of the breast cancer hepatic metastases and the molecular classification of breast cancer(P>0.05).Breast cancer liver metastases' main features is whole liver distribution,multiple lesions in the liver,the size is less than 2cm,round or elliptic shape,nodular enhancement.2.The density and boundary of the breast cancer hepatic metastasis are associated with the molecular classification of breast cancer(P<0.05),and the relationship is close.The main iconography of various types of breast cancer hepatic metastases are low density,blurred boundary.However,in low-density breast cancer hepatic metastases,Luminal A is more common than Luminal B and HER-2 overexpression type.And there is no difference in the density of hepatic metastases between Luminal B and HER-2 overexpression type breast cancer;Basal type is also more common than that of Luminal B breast cancer,but there is no difference between Luminal A and Basal type breast cancer.Compared with Luminal A,HER-2 overexpression type and Basal type breast cancer,the metastasis' border of Luminal B is more common than any other types,the HER-2 overexpression type is more fuzzy than Basal type,however,there is no difference between Luminal A and HER-2 overexpression type,Luminal A and Basal type breast cancer hepatic metastases.Conclusion1.Dual source 64 row spiral CT three phase dynamic scan has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer liver metastases,and it can improve the diagnosis rate of breast metastases.It is a reliable diagnostic method for breast cancer patients.2.Breast cancer molecular typing for Luminal A type and Luminal type B,HER-2 overexpression type and Basal type,by comparing the characteristics of different types of breast cancer liver metastases analysis,the CT characteristics can be obtained by different molecular subtypes of breast cancer with liver metastases is different,through careful observation,comparative analysis of CT performance the different molecular subtypes of breast cancer liver metastasis diagnosis treatment.
