Purpose: Application of Vitamin D Supplementation in Frozen-thawed Embryo Thansfer Cycles.Method: 1.Collect 123 infertile patients who treated by FET and detect the serum 25(OH)D levels in the Reproductive Medicine Center,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from December in 2016 to February in 2018,analyze the nutritional status of vitamin D of patients with infertility.2.The patients who with serum 25(OH)D insufficient and deficiency were treated with supplementary vitamin D,observe the difference of the clinical pregnancy rate after vitamin D treatment in patients with different serum 25(OH)D levels.3.Thirty-seven cases of patients treated by FET after failing in the previous FET were collected, the patients in study group with vitamin D treatment, while the patients without vitamin D treatment in self-control group:a self-control study was conducted to observe the clinical pregnancy outcome in the two groups.Result: 1.Of all the subjects,8.9% were insufficient of vitamin D,56.1% were deficient of vitaminD and 35% were severely deficient of vitamin D.As the season changes, serum vitamin D levels also fluctuate, with autumn vitamin D levels significantly higher than in spring, summer and winter(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in vitamin D levels among patients of different ages, occupations and BMI(P>0.05).2.The clinical pregnancy rate of patients with severely deficient vitamin D was higher than other groups, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.In the self-control study, the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of vitamin D supplementation were significantly higher than those in the self-control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Vitamin D deficiency is common in infertility patientsin who treated by FET;2.vitamin D supplementation adequately may improve the outcome of FET clinical pregnancy.
