Analysis Of Treatment Related Causes Of Hand Flexor Tendon Repair Tendon Adhesion And The Animal Experiment On Related Molecules

Objective: Analyzed the treatment related causes of hand flexor tendon repair tendon adhesion and the animal experiment on related molecules understood the causes of tendon adhesion fully to early prevention and prevent the occurrence of tendon adhesion.Methods:Section one 100 patients in 2014 January to 2016 December in our hospital hand surgery carryed out repair of tendon were selected as observation objects.32 cases of tendon adhesion was in the observation group,and 68 cases without tendon adhesion were the control group.Single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the related causes of tendon adhesion,and determined the related treatment of tendon adhesion.Section two 16 white Leghorn chickens were established the tendon injury model at the foot of the second,third and fourth toe of the foot.4chickens were killed in the first week,second week,third weeks after found the tendon repair of chicken in the model respectively.During the dissection,observed tendon healing and adhesion pulled muscle reinforcementto observe the mobility of the tendon.4 sham operated chickens were used as control group.Determined the expression TGF-?1 by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry.Results:1 32 patients occured tendon adhesion in 100 patients,accounted for32.0%.Retrospectively analyzed related factors of the operation treatment and rehabilitation treatment.The main reason was incomplete debridement,poor tendon anastomosis,normal tendon injury,psychological factors,delayed active exercise.2 In situ hybridization and immunohistochemical staining of TGF-?1showed the same results,there were significant differences in the expression of TGF-?1 in the tendon and tendon sheath of the experimental group at the same time.In the same time and the same position,the tendon and tendon sheath there were significant differences between different group.The LSD method was used to make a pair of tests at each time point.The results of the experimental group showed that the effect sizes of each time point were different.The results show that TGF-?1 was high expression at first week,and the expression was significantly increased at second weeks at third weeks the expression reached the peak,at fourth weeks the expression decreased.At that time,the expression of TGF-?1 was concentrated in tendon anastomosis and repaired tendon sheath,and the expression in tendon sheath was higher than that in tendon sheath.Conclusion:1 Tendon adhesion after operation of hand flexor tendon is related to operation process and postoperative rehabilitation.The main reason was incomplete debridement,poor tendon anastomosis,normal tendon injury,psychological factors,delayed active exercise.2 In addition to the clinical treatment,tendon adhesion is an inevitable process in the process of tendon healing.TGF-?1 is the main factor.TGF-?1plays a dual role in tendon healing and adhesion after tendon surgery.
