| Objective:To investigate the value of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)and diffusion tensor tractography(DTT)in the diagnosis of acute cervical spinal cord injury.Methods:23 patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury diagnosed in our hospital fro m December 2015 to January 2018 and 30 healthy control groups with age an d sex matching were collected for routine MRI examination and DTI scan.Th e ADC value,FA value of the vertebral body level in the control group and d amage level and its upper and lower levels were observed and measured, and the datas were statistically analyzed.Fiber beam imaging was performed by Fi bertrack technique. The patients in the injury group were graded according to t he ASIA score, and the correlation with the value of FA and the value of AD C was analyzed. Results:The ADC value of the cervical spinal cord in the control group was(1.12±0.09)×10-3mm2/s,and the FA value was(0.67±0.03).The FA(0.52±0.05)value and ADC value(0.86±0.06)×10-3mm2/s of the patients with acute cervical sp inal cord injury were significantly lower than those of the control group, and t he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a strong negative correlation between FA value and ASIA classification in patients with acute c ervical spinal cord injury(P<0.05,r=﹣0.832).The ADC value and ASIA clas sification of patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury were not statisticall y significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional MRI examination,DTI can evaluate acute cervical spinal cord injury early and quantitatively.DTT can clearly show the integrity of the shape and structure of fiber bundle. There is a certain correlation betwe en the clinical functional classification and the FA value in patients with acute cervical spinal cord injury. |
