With the rapid development of minimally invasive surgery, but for minimally invasive surgery, the precision are further improved. The image of ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle procedures in clinical medicine makes the target of soft tissue and the position of needle difficult to be determined because of the influence of artifacts and noise,so the research of this paper is carried out.Firstly,on the basis of extracting the characteristic of the dynamic target in the phantom, selecting the rectangle containing the target of the feature as the region of interest, setting the grid line to track the target center, and proposing a dynamic tracking algorithm of the target based on Open CV in Visual C++.The algorithm function is realized by using OpenCV and is validated by embedding the target of the label in the phantom.Secondly, the speckle is regarded as the noise of ultrasonic image, the wavelet threshold denoising technique is used to denoise the speckle, then through the Otsu's threshold and morphological processing, the ultrasonic image is processed by the MLESAC algorithm, and the position of the needle in the 2D ultrasound image is obtained. In this paper, the validity of the proposed algorithm are verified by the experiment, which solves the problem of needle localization in the percutaneous needle procedures under the guidance of ultrasound. Finally, the function of the needle displacement calculation is added to the MLESAC algorithm.Through a lot of ultrasound-guided repeated experiments, based on the analysis and comparison of the displacement of the ultrasound-guided needle in the MLESAC algorithm and the displacement of the needle image sequences obtained from the camera, the localization and tracking of the needle under the guidance of ultrasound are evaluated.
