| Objectives: Residents living in high altitude areas suffer from diseases such as pulmonary hypertension. However, there are some differences in the clinical manifestations between Tibetan and Han people. This article measures the TDI-Tei index and plasma BNP in Tibetan-Chinese high-pressure pulmonary hypertension(PAH)patients at high altitudes.Concentration values to explore whether there is a difference in the overall function of the right heart and strive to provide effective information for clinical work. Methods: 120 cases of Tibetan and Han nationality subjects from xxx Prefecture(about 2800 m above sea level)visited our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected. There were 30 normal subjects(15 in Tibetan and Han nationalities),3 in mild, moderate and severe pulmonary hypertension patients, and 30 in each(15 in Tibetan and Han nationalities). The personal information of the subjects was recorded. The two-dimensional ultrasound parameters of all subjects were measured. The TDI-Tei index of right ventricle was calculated by tissue Doppler imaging on the right atrioventricular valve(tricuspid valve)anterior leaflet junction of the standard apical four-chamber view.Record data, enter SPSS analysis software for statistical data analysis. Each patient in the fasting state around 6-8 o’clock in the morning on the same day of the heart examination,in the fasting state, about 3 ml of venous blood was pumped from the midline of the elbow. After centrifugation for 10 min in a centrifuge within 30 min,the serum and plasma were separated and stored separately in the refrigerator for inspection. After the use of MICROPOINT mLabs automatic microfluidic fluorescence immunoassay analyzer to detect the value of BNP,and make a record.Results:(1)In the normal group, there was no significant difference in the two-dimensional ultrasound parameters,Tei index and BNP concentration between the Tibetan and Han subjects(P> 0.05).(2)The difference was statistically significant between patients of Tibetan and Han nationalities at the same level of severity(P<0.05).Conclusion: Right ventricular TDI-Tei index,BNP values were increased in Tibetan and Han PAH patients, suggesting that subjects in this group were impaired in the overall right heart function.TDI-Tei number combined with plasma BNP value is an effective method to assess the overall right heart function, and simple and feasible. The same level of illness, the clinical symptoms of Han patients compared with Tibetan patients, the performance of the more serious. |
