Objective: There are few studies on the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and proteinuria in Qinghai, and there is still a lack of understanding and understanding of the risk factors for proteinuria in OSAHS.Through this study,we revealed the prevalence of proteinuria in OSAHS patients in Qinghai, deepened our understanding of the interrelationship between OSAHS and proteinuria, and further guided clinicians' management of renal impairment in OSAHS patients and early detection of their risk factors.Prevention and control to avoid or delay the occurrence and development of kidney damage. Methods: Continuously collect patient data of patients diagnosed with OSAHS from November 2015 to November 2017 at the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and retrospectively reviewed the patient's gender, nationality, age, lipids,HbAlc,and blood Uric acid(UA),white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),fasting blood glucose(GLU),smoking history, history of hypertension, history of coronary artery disease, body mass index(BMI),altitude and 24-hour urine protein quantification Inter-related and risk factors were analyzed. The data collected were statistically processed and analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 software package. Results: From November 2015 to November 2017 in Qinghai,119 patients with OSAHS who met the inclusion criteria were collected, including 106 males and 13 females, with an average age of 46.83±11.20 years. The detection rate of proteinuria in patients with OSAHS was 29.41%(35/119).There was no significant difference in age, nationality, gender,WBC,UA,Hb,GLU,smoking history, and history of coronary heart disease between OSAHS with proteinuria and uncombined proteinuria(P>0.05);BMI,with proteinuria HbAlc was higher than those without proteinuria(P<0.05).The prevalence of hypertension and dyslipidemia in patients with proteinuria was significantly higher than those without albuminuria(P<0.05).Whether or not the patients with OSAHS had proteinuria as the dependent variable and the univariate analysis as independent variables(hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevation,BMI,HbAlc)were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis, and the results were retained at the ?=0.05 level. The variables of the model are altitude and HbAlc.The OR values are 1.002 and 3.359,respectively.Conclusions: The detection rate of proteinuria in patients with OSAHS in Qinghai is 29.41%.The BMI of OSAHS patients with proteinuria is higher than that of patients without proteinuria. The prevalence of hypertension and dyslipidemia in OSAHS patients with proteinuria is higher than that in patients without OSAHS.Proteinuria.The prevalence of proteinuria in patients with OSAHS increased with increasing HbAlc levels and elevation;for patients with OSAHS,HbAlc had the greatest effect on the prevalence of proteinuria, and was the main independent risk factor. The key to prevention and control is to manage and control the major risk factors for proteinuria in OSAHS patients at high altitudes. At the same time, close follow-up and HbAlc tests are performed for diabetic patients, and early intervention and effective treatment are timely.
