Objective: To investigate the changes of red blood cell distribution width(RDW),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW)and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods: From January 2016 to January 2017,204 patients with ACS who underwent coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology at the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected.145 patients with stable and stable angina pectoris were clinically diagnosed. At the same time, they will be used at the Ningxia Medical University.100 healthy people undergoing regular physical examinations in the hospital served as control groups.Differences in RDW,MPV,PDW,and NLR levels between the acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group, the stable angina pectoris group, and the control group were compared;all those who performed coronary angiography were positive.Cases were evaluated according to Gensini scores for severity of coronary stenosis and divided into 3groups according to scores: ≤30 group,31 to 60 group,>60 group, and the RDW,MPV,PDW,and NLR levels were compared among the groups and the differences were compared..Outpatient or telephone follow-up The occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)within 30 days of all ACS patients was judged as a short-term prognosis. Results: The comparison of the three groups showed that the RDW,MPV,PDW,and NLR levels were higher in the ACS group and the stable angina group than in the control group(P<0.05);and the RDW,MPV,PDW,and NLR levels were significantly higher in the ACS group and Stable angina group(P<0.05).With the increase of the Gensini score, the RDW,MPV,PDW,and NLR values gradually increased. There was no significant difference between the control group and the ≤30 group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Another multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that RDW,MPV,PDW,and NLR were predictive risk factors for ACS.RDW,NLR can be used as a predictor of major adverse cardiovascular events within 30 days independent risk factors for tube events(OR=1.680 P=0.000,95%confidence interval:1.260-2.239),(OR=1.087 P=0.006,95% confidence interval: 1.083-1.202).Conclusion: RDW,MPV,PDW,and NLR can be used as risk factors with ACS.The levels of RDW,MPV,PDW,NLR were related to the degree of coronary stenosis.RDW and NLR can be used as risk factors for short-term prognosis in patients with ACS.
