Objective: Through analysis of PET/CT imaging data in 141 patients with lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, this paper discusses?1?the relationship of lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma 'SUVmax values in 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging with gender, age, anatomical points type, pathological type, tumor diameter, the clinical stage and mediastinal lymph node SUVmax and the relationship between the benign and malignant lymph nodes.?2?It is proposed to explore whether the SUVmax and ratio of SUVmax to tumor diameter can be a predictor of survival of lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma and whether it can be an independent predictor. Methods:The experiment was divided into two parts.Part I:?1?Collected in January 2012-December 2017 for lung mass to receive 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging in ningxia medical university general hospital nuclear medicine, are confirmed lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma by surgery, bronchoscopy, biopsy, pathology,a total of 141 patients with hospital cases and telephone follow-up to obtain the complete clinical data and to measure SUVmax and the ratio of SUVmax to tumor diameter(SUVmax/D)in all patients with pulmonary lesions 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging. The patient's age, gender, anatomical type of lesion, growth site, tumor pathology, tumor diameter, postoperative lymph node pathology and clinical staging were recorded.According to age,the patients were divided into two groups: no more than 60 years old and above 60 years old.The anatomical types were divided into two groups: central lung cancer and peripheral lung cancer. The patients were divided into five groups according to the diameter of the tumor.D1 group?0.5cm?D?2cm??D2 group?2cm<D?3cm??D3 group?3cm<D?4cm??D4 group?4cm<D?5cm??D5 group?D > 5cm?.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical processing: T test was used between the two groups.Single factor analysis of variance was used in multiple groups. The correlation analysis of SUVmax and clinical factors was analyzed by Pearson analysis and Spearman rank correlation analysis. The test level is 0.05.?2?A total of 141 patients,32 cases because of abandoning treatment, transfering treatment and following-up is less than 3 months of and eliminated. The 109 cases was analyzed the time of total survival and disease-free survival. The follow-up time of 109 patients was 4 months 67 months, and the median follow-up time was 14.8 months. The number of deaths was 68.The number of cases with no progress was 63.The median SUVmax median of 109 patients was 7.9,and the median of SUVmax/D?tumor diameter ratio?was 1.9.Because this study clinical stage for ? ? period the number of cases is less,so ? period and ? period can be divided into a group, the number of cases for 24 cases,? period is divided into a group, and the number of cases of40 cases,? period is divided into a group, and the number of cases for 45 cases.SPSS 22.0statistical software was used to analyze the data.Kaplan-merier method was used to calculate the survival period and draw the survival curve.COX single, multivariate regression model analysis, multiple clinical variables. Results: 1.There were statistically significant differences in SUVmax between different genders, age groups and anatomical types, and P was 0.025,0.026 and0.041 respectively. There were statistically significant differences in SUVmax between different pathological type groups and different tumor diameter groups, and P was 0.000.There was no statistically significant difference between different clinical staging groups and lesions of different sites,P was 0.371 and 0.30 respectively. The SUVmax difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant,P=0.004.2.The SUVmax value of tumor lesions was highly correlated with tumor diameter?r=0.859,P=0.000?.There was a low correlation between age, gender, pathological type, anatomical classification, different sites, and clinical stages.?r was 0.179,-0.409,-0.221,respectively?.There was no correlation between different sites and clinical stages?r was-0.089,0.060 respectively?.3.tumor diameter, pathology type were lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma SUVmax independent impact factors?P < 0.001,the standardized partial regression coefficient is 0.443,P < 0.001,the standardized partial regression coefficient 0.374?,and according to the size of the standardized partial regression coefficient absolute value, weak SUVmax value size of tumor diameter and pathological types.4.COX single factor analysis results showed that SUVmax?P=0.002?,clinical stage?P=0.001?,SUVmax/D?P=0.010?were prognostic factors affecting disease-free survival period.SUVmax value?P=0.001?,clinical stages?P=0.000?,tumor diameter?P=0.009?are prognostic factors affecting the total survival period.Multivariate analysis showed that SUVmax?P=0.004?and clinical staging?P=0.003?were independent preditor of disease-free survival.SUVmax?P=0.005?and clinical stage?P=0.000?are independent preditor of the total survival period,SUVmax/D.are not independent preditor of the total survival period.Conclusion:1.Lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma lesion SUVmax was different in different age, gender, dissection type, different case type, and tumor diameter group. There was no difference between different lesion sites and different clinical stages.2.Lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma lesion SUVmax was highly correlated with the tumor diameter;and lowly correlated with pathological type, gender, age, anatomic classification; It hasnothing to do with location and clinical stage.3.Tumor diameter, pathology type is lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma lesion SUVmax independent factors.gender, age, location, anatomical classification, clinical stage had no independent effect on SUVmax.4.Lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma lesion SUVmax, ratio of SUVmax and tumor diameter has predictive value for the survival time of lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma,SUVmax can be an independent predictor of survival.but the ratio of SUVmax to tumor diameter is not an independent factor affecting the survival time of lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma...
