Objective Analyze the MRI performance of fetal brain midline structural abnormalities,calculate the indirect signs of each indirect sign by summarizing the characteristics of indirect sign of the midline structure corpus callosum absent,and analyze the correlation between indirect signs,which is the abnormal prenatal Diagnosis provides more imaging evidence.Metheds From January 2014 to December 2017,45 cases of middle to late pregnancy diagnosed as midline structural abnormalities(ACC,ASP,and HPE)were examined by fetal MRI on our prenatal fetal MRI.The transverse axis,coronal plane,and fetal brain were selected.Sagittal MRI image information is more complete and 39 artifacts included in the study were included in the study.The MRI images of fetal brain midline abnormalities were analyzed retrospectively,and the MRI features of the midline structural abnormalities were summarized,and the direct MRI signs and indirect signs of midline structures were recorded.The spearman correlation analysis was performed between the two indirect signs.All data were processed using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results Of the 39 cases included in the study,31 were MRI diagnosis of ACC,33 were ASP,and 2 were HPE.The probability of occurrence of MRI indirect signs in 31 cases of ACC from high to low was: VM 93.5%(29/31),ASP 83.9%(26/31),and interhemispheric abnormality 71.0%(22/31).61.3%(19/31 cases)of "horn-shaped" lateral ventricles,54.8%(17/31 cases)of "teardrop-shaped" lateral ventricles,and 51.6%(16/31)abnormalities of third ventricle close to longitudinal septum,within the cerebral hemisphere The lateral sulci was changed radially by 35.5%(11/31 cases).In 7 groups of indirect signs,except for the linear correlation between VM and sulcus radial changes and other 5 indirect signs,there was alinear positive correlation between the two indirect signs,and "teardrop-like" lateral ventricle and " The horn-shaped "lateral ventricle","teardrop-shaped" lateral ventricle and third ventricle are abnormally close to longitudinal tear,"teardrop-shaped" lateral ventricles and interhemispheric fissures are abnormal,and "horn-shaped" lateral ventricle and third ventricle are abnormally close to longitudinal Linear correlations were large(r=0.876,0.678,0.659,0.661,all P<0.001).In this study,75.76%(25/33)of ASP with ACC showed separation of lateral ventricle anterior horn,with "teardrop-shaped" lateral ventricle,"horn-shaped" lateral ventricle and other signs,4 cases of ASP associated with hydrocephalus,In 2 cases of simple ASP,only the lateral ventricular horn fusion was observed,and there were no signs of"teardrop-shaped" lateral ventricles,"horn-shaped" lateral ventricles,and abnormalities of interhemispheric fissures.Conclusion1.MRI can better display the direct signs and indirect signs of abnormalities in the midline of the brain.2.Among the seven indirect signs of ACC in this study,the occurrence probabilities of VM and ASP were relatively high,93.5% and 83.9%,respectively.Indirect signs such as VM,ASP,and hemispherical fissure abnormalities had certain preclinical diagnosis for ACC.The value,and most of the ACC indirect signs have a certain correlation.3.In this study,simple ASP was rare,and ASP was associated with more cases of ACC.Therefore,when MRI was found before antenatal MRI,the development of other adjacent structures such as lateral ventricle,interhemispheric fissure,and sulcus was carefully observed.
