Correlation Between Serum Angiopoitin Like Protein3 Level And Renal Damage Index In Patients With Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe the change of serum ANGPTL3 in patients with hyperlipide mia and its relationship with ProteinuriaMethods:71 patients with hyperlipidemia and 20 healthy subjects were selected in this study.Serum ANGPTL3 concentration was measured by ELISA.The concentration of ANGPTL3 two groups with compared and analyzed.Results: 1.The age,Body Mass Index(BMI),Total cholesterol(TC),Triglycer ides(TG),Low-density lipoprotein(LDL)and serum ANGPTL3 Level of hyperlipidem ia were higher than control group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05);2.There was no significant difference in the expression levels of BUN,SCr,24-h urine protein,the serum level of ANGPTL3 and the urine level of ANGPTL3 under d ifferent blood pressure levels(P>0.05);3.There was a significant difference in 24-hour urine protein levels between differ ent cholesterol and triglyceride levels(P<0.05);4.Correlation analysis showed that the serum level of ANGPTL3 was positively c orrelated with TC?TG?LDL?BMI and 24hUPro;the urine level of ANGPTL3 was positively correlated with TC?TG?LDL?BMI?24hUPro.5.Correlation analysis showed that the TC was positively correlated with BUN?24hUPro and the serum level of ANGPTL3;the TG was positively correlated with 24 hU Pro and the serum level of ANGPTL3;6.There was no significant difference in TC,TG,BMI and 24 h urine protein bet ween hyperlipidemia treatment group and untreated group;Conclusion: 1.The level of angiopoietin like protein 3 in the hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that in the normal group.The angiopoietin like protein 3 was positively correlated with the level of proteinuria in patients with hyperlipidemia;2.Statin based lipid-lowering drugs alone can not improve the degree of proteinuria in patients.
