Objective:This research is using flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunoassay to test the content of Treg and OPN in peripheral blood of 46 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and 20 cases of lung benign disease and 20 cases of healthy and to investigate the clinical value of diagnosis and prognosis judgement. Methods:Collected 46 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of lung benign disease from the department of thoracic surgery in Guizhou provincial people's hospital, and 20 cases of healthy from the health examination center during March 2017 to September 2017.All cases extracted 5ml elbow venous blood in two tubes in fasting, one was applied to test the Treg by flow cytometry, another one was used to test the OPN by Elisa.Results:(1)In the comparison of the level of Treg and OPN,the expression level of Treg and OPN in NSCLC group were different from those in the benign disease group and the healthy control group, and the differences ware statistically significant,p<0.05.(2)The expression level of Treg and OPN in NSCLC group had significant correlation with tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis, and the differences ware statistically significant,p< 0.05.(3)The positive rate in joint detection between Treg and OPN was significantly higher than that of testing Treg and OPN respectively, and it had statistical significance,p<0.05.(4)The expression level of Treg and OPN in the patients with recurrence or metastasis was both obviously higher than the patients without recurrence or metastasis and the level of preoperative expression,p<0.05.The expression level of Treg and OPN in the patients without recurrence or metastasis was lower than the level of preoperative expression, and the differences ware statistically significant,p<0.05.Conclusion:(1)The expression level of Treg and OPN in NSCLC group were higher than those in the healthy control group.(2)The expression level of Treg and OPN in NSCLC patients had differences with the tumor diameters and lymph node metastasis.(3)The positive rate of the combined detection of Treg and OPN was higher than that of single detection of Treg and single detection of OPN in the comparison of the diagnostic positive rate of NSCLC.(4)The expression level of Treg and OPN ware possiblely associated with the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
