Objective:To discuss the distributions and meanings of T-lymphocytes in renal tuberculosis tissue and further discuss pathogenesis of renal tuberculosis.Methods:This experiment has been divided into 3 groups-normal nephridial tissue group,hydronephrosis group and renal tuberculosis group.30 cases of renal tuberculosis specimens of surgical resection have been selected as renal tuberculosis group,30 cases of renal tissues excised because of heavy hydronephrosis caused by urinary calculi have been selected as the hydronephrosis group,and 7 kidney tissue specimens excised because of traumatic kidney rupture have been selected as the normalnephridial tissue group.The distribution and expression of lymphocyte of CD4~+and CD8~+T in renal tuberculosis tissue were detected by applying immunohistochemistry and the statistics analysis on the obtained experimental data was conducted.Results:1.The CD4~+T cells were positioned in membranes oflymphocyte cell.Among the normal nephridial tissue group and hydronephrosis group,CD4~+T cells were mainly expressed in interstitial parts of the nephridial tissue structure.And among the renal tuberculosis group,the kidney damage was serious and there was basically no normal nephridial tissue structure,with its expression mainly in Lymphocyte zone.The relative expression quantities of CD4~+T lymphocytes of the normal nephridial tissue group,hydronephrosis group and renal tuberculosis group wererespectively 7.5±1.59?12.45±2.33?25.64±6.59.The expression quantity of CD4~+T cell of the renal tuberculosis group was higher than that of normal nephridial tissue group and hydronephrosis group(p<0.05).The expression quantity of CD4~+T cell of the hydronephrosis group was higher than that of normal nephridial tissue group(p<0.05).2.The CD8~+T cells were positioned in membranes of lymphocyte cell.Among the normal nephridial tissue group and hydronephrosis group,CD4~+T cells were mainly expressed in interstitial parts of the nephridial tissue structure.And among the renal tuberculosis group,the kidney damage was serious and there was basically no normal nephridial tissue structure,with its expression mainly in Lymphocyte zone.The relative expression quantities of CD8~+T lymphocytes of the normal nephridial tissue group,hydronephrosis group and renal tuberculosis group were respectively 6.53±2.26?6.64±2.05?26.53±8.56.The expression quantity of CD8~+T cell of the renal tuberculosis group was higher than that of normal nephridial tissue group and hydronephrosis group(p<0.01)The expression quantity of CD8~+T cell of the hydronephrosis group was higher than that of normal nephridial tissue group(p>0.05).3.The ratio of CD4~+/CD~+8 of renal tuberculosis group was apparently lower than that of hydronephrosis group and normal nephridial tissue group(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.The expression of the cell of CD4~+T and CD8~+T in renal tuberculosis tissue were apparently improved compared with that of hydronephrosis group and normal nephridial tissue group.2.The ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+of renal tuberculosis group was apparently lower than that of hydronephrosis group and normal nephridial tissue group,showing that cell-mediated immunity in the tumor microenvironments of kidney of renal tuberculosis took the destructive factors as the leading position,which was the important reason that the kidney tissue had been destroyed when the renal tuberculosis appeared.
