Objective: To investigate the effect of silk fibroin and chitosan on the repair of rabbit corneal alkali burn wounds with different blends of ?-glycerophosphate sodium and its mechanism of action. Methods: The silk gel was prepared with ?-sodium glycerophosphate as the matrix, and the silk fibroin and chitosan were made into a mixed gel according to the ratio of 2:1,1:1,1:2,and the PH value and gelation time were compared. And the structural features under the scanning electron microscope.Fifteen 15-week-old New Zealand rabbits were selected and their corneal injury models were made in both eyes. They were randomly divided into 3 groups,5 in each group. The left eye served as the control group and the right eye served as the experimental group.Three groups of experimental groups were smeared with different ratios of silk fibroin and chitosan blend gel.The control group was given normal saline. The recovery of corneal injury at 7 days,14 days,20 days, and 30 days after operation was observed.SPSS was also used. The software performs statistical analysis of the results. Results: As the proportion of silk fibroin in the blend gel increased, the pH value gradually decreased, the time required for gelation increased, and the aperture structure under the electron microscope tended to be a randomly coiled lamellar structure. In the rabbit eye in vivo observation experiment, when the proportion of silk fibroin and chitosan was 1:1,the gelation of the gel was more effective in repairing the cornea. Conclusion: The preparation of a blended gel with a 1:1 ratio of silk fibroin to white chitosan has a pH of approximately 7.45,a gelation time of approximately 20 molecules,a uniform conformational pore size, and a round shape.Good softness,a certain degree of repair of corneal damage.
